The Russian party project was invented 4 years ago, when students of Russian language in Tampere university decided to organize a night club party in Russian style in order to promote travelling to Russia in an alternative way. The idea was to let the people to experience a hot Russian night in Finland, which means a different, more relaxed, fund and collective party atmosphere with better music, hosted program and contests. This kind of scheme is really common in night clubs all over in Russia, but for some reason is a rarity in Finland. The only thing we can't import from Russia to Finland is the opening hours until 7 AM... These parties proved soon to be a great success and later one it has attracted full houses in such cities as Helsinki, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Lappeenranta, Kuopio and Oulu. This year cities Turku, Lahti and Kotka will join the list. SK-ravintolat was chosen as the official partner thanks to their network of suitable clubs and all elements for successful co-operation. DJ Alex Orlov will rock the house with Eurodance, House and Russian beats, host "Comandante" a.k.a Captain Koistinen will entertain the crowd together with his party crew. There will also be special promotions for typical Russian cocktails, contests with great prizes and a lottery, which sends someone for a four-day party trip to ST PETERSBURG, worth 250 €! This year there will be a special show by our ravishingly beautiful and talented guest DJANE "KATYUSHA" from Moscow. DJANES are currently the trendiest and hottest phenomenon in the Russian club scene... Katyusha will perform in three cities- Turku on 16.09.09, Helsinki on 17.09.09 and Tampere on 18.09.09.
